AP and shareholders questions

Hi everyone!

We just booked our trip for June, and I am planning to buy an AP. I usually get the Fantasy pass, but this time I was looking at the Francillien. I have a few questions though;

If there are blackout dates for Francillien during my trip, does this mean I can't go in the parks, even though I am staying at a Disney hotel (SL)?

If I buy the pass when I arrive, does this mean I can't use it for 2 days? I think I read that somewhere, but it seems odd that you wouldn't be able to use it straight away! Is it affected by whether or not you are staying on site?

If I have an annual pass and am staying in SL can I use EMH with my easypass?

And finally, does anyone know if you can get a shareholders discount on the Dreams dinner at Walts?

no, you can go into the parks on a blackout date if you are staying in a Disney hotel.

you can use it straightaway, but for the Francillien you can't use it on day 2 and 3 (so the day after you buy it, and the day after that). Even if you stay onsite, you can't use the Francillien on days 2 and 3.

hope this helps - ThBa on another thread is buying her Francillien APs by post from DLP, so that hopefully the days 2 and 3 rule won't apply when she goes to stay in her onsite hotel (as days 1,2 and 3 will already have passed by the time she goes to DLP).

Hi Christine,

I have ordered two Francillien via post yesterday and reduced the price of 15% shareholder discount.

Let´s wait and see how much they charge my credit card.

Fantastic thanks Thorsten, also waiting to find out for sure whether you're able to use your pass for the 2nd and 3rd days of your trip - fingers crossed!!!
