Thanks - I didn’t realize that was specific to the Aug. 20th date.

But that begs the question why the rest of the family is showing 8/12 if the system recognizes no onsite stay eligibility for the 8/20 date. It still seems to be some sort of disconnect.

The other 3 members of the group have date based tickets and an on-site stay before Aug 20th so the system is using their resort stay to trigger the 10 day window which would include Aug 20th.

It is showing the rest of the family for August 12 because they have tickets with an August 15 start date. Three days before August 15 is August 12. The earlier resort stay is irrelevant. August 20 is within the length of the ticket.

This is the key:

APs that are not onsite can only book 3 days in advance of the day they are buying LLMP/LLSPs for.

OP’s AP with an offsite stay is limiting him. The family with 10-day tickets whose window for length-of-ticket benefits them over the AP.

@h&D3 You might be able to temporarily transfer one of those date based tickets to yourself to book the LLSP with the more advantageous window, then transfer the ticket back to that family member.

The family members have presumably already booked LLMP/LLSPs for August 15-19. (They were able to book them on August 7, seven days before the onsite part of their trip began.) I would advise against trying any transfer ticket back and forth games at this point.

Edit: I would advise against it anyway, but especially not at this point.
