I tried to search for recent experience with this and hoping this is not a problem anymore. I read there is a glitch with booking lightning lanes at 7:00 when you have and Annual Pass & room reservations with non-AP ticket holders w/genie+.
I planned to add genie+ after midnight or prior to 7:00 so I can book rides for my family. My husband and kids have regular park tickets that have genie plus already added.
Has anyone had luck with with in the past week or so? If you could not book genie plus in this situation, could you share what you did to resolve. I heard some people can add genie+ after 7 but miss rides/lanes and read some people have to call IT (the button to add genie+ was either gone or gray-ed out).
