AP and FP+

We are staying 3 weeks offsite, have APs already linked in MDE. I think I've read that we can book our FP+ 30 days ahead. But I also seem to be reading that we can only have 7 days of FP+ a month? So my stay is the last week of October and the first 2 weeks of November....so is that a calendar month or a 30 day period month? Can I book FP+ for last week of October AND one of the weeks in November.

And can anyone tell me WHY we are limited to a single week? I understand they don't want APs booking a fast for 365 days a week "in case" they want to visit....but there are a lot of APers for WDW who travel to get there, unlike Disneyland were most are locals.

Is there a way for me to perhaps email someone and show them my rental agreement for 3 weeks and get to book all 3 weeks?

An AP holder can only have 7 days worth of FP+ at one time, and that means that you cannot book for the last week of October and the first week of November for a total of 14 days of FP+. We're AP holders too and for our trip last month I had to book day 8's FP+ after we used day 1's, day 9's after day 2, and day 10's after day 3. I have no answer for why (aside from abuse of the system) but do agree it's a bit of headache.

This is correct - unless you're staying onsite (which I know you're not but just trying to be clear for anyone reading this) - as an AP holder you only get 7 days worth of FP+ at a time. IF you were staying onsite you could book for your whole trip all at once with APs (yes, we have them and yes, we've done that).

The 7 day limit is to keep AP holders from booking FP+ for multiple days just in case they decide to go. Primarily targeting locals who may decide on short notice if they are going to go to the parks or not. WDW a) wants people to stay on property and b) wants guests that buy multi day tickets and not APs. They love people who come, stay on property, and buy a 5/6/7 ticket, that is their target audience. So unfortunately if you are an AP holder, who is from out of state and staying off property, you get left out.
