AP activation

Is there any place in Downtown Disney where you can activate an AP? I will be buying the voucher at TDS before we leave. I know I remember seeing this before, but of course the search function isn't working at the time.

You can do it at the guest services office. It's near the new toy store, near the restrooms, on the parking lot side. I activated one there. I heard there's also a guest services on the West Side.
