AP & AAA Room Booking Question

I have a rather confusing question...
There are 4 adults going and we have two rooms at POFQ. One of us has an AP and another AAA. I can only book one room with the AP. Can she book the other with AAA? If so, do I have to be in the room that I booked with the AP and does she have to be in the room she booked?
Also, right now both rooms are in her name and not mine. Do I have to cancel one of the reservations that she has and rebook with my AP or can they just transfer the reservation? My name is listed already.
