AoA Animation Academy

Does AoA still offer the Animation Academy (learn to draw characters) in the lobby?
If so, are there set times? My son absolutely loved the Animation Studios in DHS and would be thrilled if he could learn to draw a new character on our August trip.

Yes, we just did this (multiple times) during our AoA stay. I believe the times were 11:00, 2:00, and 5:00. We drew Genie, Peter Pan, Mickey Mouse, and Dory. Super fun!

How fun! Do they do 1 character at each scheduled time?

Yes. The artist/animator generally picks the character, although one of the artist recognized that we did multiple classes, and asked us if we had requests for the next class. That's when we drew Dory.

Do they have a limited number of seats like the old one?

I really wish we had the time to do this, when we were there last month. I did ask if it was only for little kids, but they told me anyone of any age is welcome. It sure looked like fun!
