He's at the Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast, over at Trattoria Al Forno!
(I wouldn't know about merch, though)

Yes he's at the Boardwalk Trattoira Al Forno and the brunch is awesome. The characters are great there and Flynn is one of the best.

Also for Christmas Parties, Flynn is with “Blondie” at her Fantasyland Meet & Greet.
