Anyway to find out carb counts at DLR or ingredients?

Is there any way to contact disney or find info on the internet about carb counts and ingredients etc...

We will be in california next week, and I know my daughter would love to have treats but I won't be able to adjust insulin with out know the carb counts....

I don't know if DLR is different than WDW, but I called the Special Dietary # for WDW about the carb counts. They e-mailed me back, telling me they don't have that information. They did send me a file with the portion sizes for some meals, so I could figure it based on that. I'm thinking the Carb King book will be my Bible for the next trip
