Anything to eat at Animal Kingdom that isn't like Boma's food?

We had the dinner buffet at Boma's so we know all about the style and unusual flavors they can offer. We have never stayed at the Animal Kingdom, and would like to, but the problem is my husband is strictly a meat and potato man and he was not fond of the "Strange Food" as he put it. Is there anywhere to get a more American type meal there, especially breakfast?

Breakfast at Boma is mostly your average breakfast food.

The Mara (food court type place) has more generic things. And like Jennymouse said, breakfast is has more American type things....omlette station, meats, danish, fresh fruit.
