You have to remember...after all the hurricances there was a shortage of building materials in Florida. Many projects have been delayed.
People are still getting roofs in our neighborhood.
I will be happy just to have a new restaurant!

When did hurricanes occur?
That sounds pretty bad. Just now getting roofs? Dang.
And I'd be "happy" to have a new restaurant but if its not open when I'm down there, then obviously I'm not going to be happy like other people who have access to it.
Oh well, I suppose another trip is in order then.
