Anything going on during 10/25-10/28

Hi All!

We usually come and visit Disneyland over the last weekend in October and hotels around DL are already booked for that weekend. That has not always been the case in years past and was wondering if anyone knows of any special events taking place? I looked on the Anaheim Convention center's website and they have nothing listed for those dates. Anything else going on besides the Halloween party on Friday?

The event that I'm aware of is the PMA Fresh Summit International Convention & Exposition 10/26/2012 - 10/28/2012. It's website says 18,000 will (could?) attend. I first saw this in the unofficial DL guide (they have a chart showing various large groups and the dates they hold their conventions), so I figured I'd stop looking for a great deal and just be happy to get a decent rate. I made my reservation at Tropicana last month. This will be my first time back at DL since the 80's, and super excited to do the Halloween party with my kid. Best of luck in finding a reservation.
