Anyone's guide Meagan Butler?

I gave her a call today, and was informed that she had "retired."

Apparently she had the opportunity to stay home with her family.

The gentleman who answered the phone said that I had been assigned to a manager, which he thought was strange, but - after being on hold for a minute or so - another guide took the phone. Sounds like I was reassigned while I was on hold...

Anyway - Meagan - if by chance you read this - thanks for the memories, and best of luck to you and your family!!

She was my guide. We had heard that she was going to retire. She was very nice and very helpful. I'm glad to hear that she's able to stay at home and enjoy raising her family.

I'll add my "thank you" to Meagan, and my wish for happiness.

She was our guide when we purchased in 1991. This isn't the first time she has retired. Around 93 or 94 she left to have several children. I understand that this time she ins't coming back, though. Since we've already been switched to another guide on the first retirement, I won't miss her too much. In the years we've been buying add ons though, she was the best
guide of them all! Anita.

She was my guide too....Very nice lady and obviously very good at her job because I bought in at the ripe age of 20!

Just called her this morning to arrange for a 50 add-on at Vero Beach was told about her retirement. I know she has 3 kids so she is probably walking into a busier job than she had!! lol We bought in '99 over the phone with her but when we took our first visit as DVC members we went to see her for the tour of Boardwalk. She was really sweet. Anyone have any recommendations for a new Guide??

Macnjac87: I would definitely recommend my guide. She was my initial contact in 97 and has also been able to obtain 2 50 point add-ons for me since then. She is thorough and extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. Her name is Caryn Anderson. I don't know how long she has been there, but I do know she still works there as I spoke with her today. I'm sure you can call the main number and ask for her. I'm not sure if we are supposed to post phone numbers here.
