Didn't see a weekend thread so thought I would start one. Anyone get a workout in any time this weekend?

I was far too busy on Saturday, but I did manage a workout on Sunday, I did 45 min. of cardio (at a slower pace than I am used to <medical reasons>, but I still did it).

Anyone else?

I did the 2 mile WATP video on Saturday and Sunday. I also walked about 2 miles Saturday while DD sold GS cookies.

I don't know if I can get exercise in today. Work, then bring DD to the office to sell cookies, then cub scouts starts at 6. Maybe after we get home from scouts? I'll let you know tomorrow if I get it in there!

Well I didnt actually get outside to walk
However I did get a pedometer for Christmas from DH. Had to have the original exchanged but the new one seems to be working well for me.
I did clock my 10,000 steps on ea Sat & Sun. Will wear it today while at work - hopefully it will motivate me to get up out of my chair!

Well, it wasn't an "official" workout, but I did walk quite a bit on Sunday. My legs sure feel it today! Took my DD and mom to NYC to see Lion King on Broadway. It was WONDERFUL! we walked at least 30 blocks, maybe even 40! Saw Rockefeller Plaza, the tree, St Patricks Cathedral, Times Square, Broadway, FAO Schwarz, Toys R Us Times Square.......
I'm gonna try to do a FIRM tape tonight after I pick DD up from her theatre class at 7:30pm.

Happy New Year!!!

I went into DC on Saturday - clocked 3.16 miles on the pedometer, 10952 steps....not at a fast pace, but not all at snail's pace either.

I did .65 of a mile on my Gazelle yesterday (still paying for Saturday)!

Sharoncity - walking around NYC in my opinion is great exercise!! Hope you enjoyed the show!

I walked outside on Saturday, 2 miles then in the evening I did one mile of my WATP tape.
Nothing on Sunday though, we took my brother and his family to the airport, I was too tired by the time we got back. I will make sure I do the 3 mile WATP tape tonight to get back on track.

I walked 4 miles in 1:03 on Saturday. That's race pace for the Disney half marathon next year, so I was excited that I could make it that far under a 16 minute mile pace.

Sunday was an official exercise rest day for me.

I did the 1 mile WATP tape on both days. I am still just starting back up with the exercise and don't want to move on to the 2-mile for a few more days.

A little bit, but not much. Did the Tai Chi warmup both days, but that was all I was up for.

I didn't officially workout but did get one..lol. I played catcher for my son at his pitching camp yesterday. For an hour I squatted, stood up to find the ball, and repeated what felt like a zillion times. I can't catch. I have a problem with things flying at me.:scared: I was also the only other mom there. Baseball camp is apparently considered a "father-son" thing and I was not exactly made to feel welcome. Of course me having to chase balls didn't help matters. At any rate I'm feeling every muscle in my legs today. The massage mat is my friend tonight.

DH and I started working out on Saturday, a combo walk/jog for a little over two miles, and did a one mile walk on Saturday, but stopped as it started raining. My legs are killing me today. Didn't get a chance to walk today though, as we both got home from work late, but I did to an extra amount of running around at work today, so I'm counting that, LOL!!

A Curves workout on Saturday, and a 13-mile bike ride (in below-freezing temps, yikes!) with DH on Sunday.

Keep it up, everyone!
