We just scheduled an unexpected trip to WDW for the day after T'giving (4 days, 3 nights). Our DD14's HS marching band is performing in the MK parade on Saturday, so we thought we'd hop down for a bit, too. We're taking DS12 and a friend of his, and plan on adding the QSP so we don't need to cook anything.

We're VERY spoiled by the 2BR villas we always get, and hope the studio works okay for this little trip. Can anyone give me some info about the locations, suitability, whatever-else-you-can-think-of for the Jambo SV studios?

TIA!

I was going to assume you meant Savanna View, but then...

All of our rooms at Jambo House have been on the Arusha Savanna so far. We've always seen Giraffes, Zebras and a couple other types of hoofed animals.

We stayed in one for a night over Memorial Day. View was very nice and we liked that the DVC rooms are on the upper floors, so you get a larger view of the Savannah.

I will say though the room seemed small to us. We do the 1 BDR, so it was quit a step down. When you pull out the sleeper sofa and adjust furniture to accommodate it you have little room left to move around. But, if its just mainly a place to lay your head down at night you should be good to go.

Sweet.

Lame.

I'm hoping this is true for our 4 day/3 night trip. With cooler weather and the compressed timeframe, we'll prolly spend much more time in the parks, especially considering this is our last trip until at least 2012, maybe? We're doing UO/IOA and SeaWorld/Discovery Cove in 2011, with 2010 as a much needed "breather" year.
