Anyone with EMH tonight(5/30) at Epcot trying for a 6pm GotG Boarding Group?

You just made my argument so I’ll repeat: “Disney is in for a Shirtstorm if this (single day re-rides) becomes regular practice while people get locked out of one ride!”

Disney is getting destroyed in the political arena for certain decisions and they are getting lambasted by the middle class on a regular basis for their money first attitude. This will be another talking point, if they don’t cut daily re-rides.

Disney could defend the VQ system for Rise. 1. It was absolutely necessary. 2. It was designed to be as equal as they could make it to offer up the finite number of rides they hoped to achieve with singular outcomes. Get a BG get one ride, don’t get a BG no ride with an option to change park pending availability.

No. Just no.

The company can set up whatever system they want. Everyone has an opportunity to participate in the structure that is laid out. They can and will change the system once they feel like they can move away from the VQ like they have for other new attractions. There will be no '****storm'.

Your second paragraph has nothing to do with this thread and is just a bunch on nonsense talking points for places in other threads or forums.

you can pay for a second ride, for as many days as you want to reserve Epcot, then if you stay deluxe you can try to ride at your special deluxe hours, that's as Disney as anything I've ever heard

I appreciate the different viewpoints with how Disney should/do treat their guests, but can we please try and stick to the thread subject? I'm really only hoping to come across more confirmations of folks being able to have gotten on GotG thrice in the same day due to EMH, not necessarily to start a debate about it.

Yes, you can (hypothetically) get on it 3x daily on Mondays if you are a Deluxe Resort Guest: once with regular VQ, one with ILL$, and once with VQ during EEH. Everyone else has the chance to ride 2x daily: once with VQ and once with ILL$.

Actually, no reservation needed to pay for ILL.
Only need Hopper or AP
Reservation is needed only for VQ chance

yes, but then you are paying for a first ride...not a second ride. If you want to ride 2X during regular park hours using VQ and ILLS you need to have an Epcot reservation.

Do you have to have a park reservation for EP to join the VQ at 6pm?

You do need valid admission to Epcot to attend the EEH, and have made either a park reservation to Epcot that day, or be able to hop from another reserved park that you have already entered.

That's actually not true. You do need a park reservation for Epcot that day OR the Park Hopper.
Ah, hoppers get you in. True.
We went, no Epcot reservation that day
But we have AP, so it was no problem

Here, it’s easy to just look at the Disney site and find out the rules right from the horses mouth.
Screen shot of the rules, they are complex and easy to mix up, clearly

Hope it helps everyone

We got one ride on Sunday, two yesterday, with the Extended Hours extra VQ drop. Was totally prepared to have to pay for ILL’s but has not been nessesary.

I do feel sorry for the people who come to the parks without doing their homework. The Genie Plus system has been great for us, and we have lost track of how many rides we have done in just 2 days. Today is a day of rest. We have walked 28 miles in 2 days.
