I have scoliosis and 2 "slipped" discs, and am 40 something 5'1" and 118 pounds.
I found I could ride anything Disney IF I wedged myself in the seat. I brace my feet on the floor on on the low part of the seat in front of me, and if there is a head rest, I plant my neck against it, and use the lap bar to hold myself in place. It isn't as forced as it sounds--more just firm.
Dino and Space Mountain are the only rides that gave me problems. They are so jerky that I couldn't maintain my "wedgie!" If I were larger, I probably could--and not that I'm skinny, but in seats that can and do accomodate Pooh sized people, I can get thrown around a bit.
