Anyone with any Cartier towncar service experiences to share?

I have been checking around for our February trip from the Wonder to OKW and back to the airport and so far Cartier is getting my vote - any one had any good/bad experiences?
 
I'll be using them for the fourth time in less than 2 weeks. We have done everything from the towncar to the van to the limo service. They have always been on time and are safe, courteous drivers. They are also very accomodating about picking us up late if you miss your flight and have to connect on a later one. I found them to be worth it, saving my time and my money!

They almost stranded us at the resort a year ago. We had to run (with two seniors and two preschoolers) to catch our plane.

Hopefully, they have corrected that issue, but we won't ever use them again.
 

We have used them 7 times and we would highly recommend them. They are very good about being on time even if your flight is delayed. The drivers are all very friendly and they always remember us! Once time they brought a stretch limo to the hotel to surprise us! We are used both the town car service and their passager van service. We'll be using them again in December!
 
I have used them 3 times, all wonderful experiences! I will be using them again next month. :D
 
I was just telling my husband that I haven't seen anything on the DIS boards about Cartier. We used them twice and highly recommend them. Always prompt, courteous, and the limo/towncar was always spotless. We'll be using them again but not until next year!

We have used them 4 times and will be using them again in two weeks. No problems, very courteous.
 
We too have used them 7 times and would never use anyone else. The drivers are polite and professional. I know for a fact that Kalim has often slept in the limo while waiting on folks flying thru blizzard delays. These are honest, decent and respectful folks who yes, do remember you and yes, do care if you are having a bad day or a good flight. They work very hard to make the stress be theirs and not yours. We cannot wait to see them when we arrive Dec 17 - seeing our driver and getting in to that car is the true beginning of our vacation.

We used them once and never again! They were over an hour late picking us up to go to US. That same day then never came to bring us back to the resort. The driver had a bad attitude even though he was the one late. He acted like we were doing him a favor! When no one showed at the end of the day I kept calling the office only to get an answering machine and someone would call back and tell me the driver was on his way. We waited two hours and he never showed. We had to take a cab back to the resort which costs us $35 plus Cartier makes you pay upfront for the US trip. We were reimbursed but it was the biggest pain. We missed our PS for dinner too. I will stick to Tiffany who I have had nothing but good experiences with.
