Anyone who has an active AP not get an e-mail?

I've been working at school :teacher: this past week and haven't had a chance to check the DIS too much. I see that AP rates were released today, but I never got an e-mail from Disney! We've already been twice with our AP's and I know that they have our e-mail b/c they keep confirming it with me when I call.

Did anyone not get an e-mail from Disney yesterday announcing the AP rate? I feel totally in the dark...... :badpc: :earboy2:

It is a good thing we changed our trip to July b/c I bet I would have been out of luck if it was still for June. Oh well.........

Congrats to all of you who got the AP rate though! :teeth: :wizard:
 
Don't feel bad. I have an active AP and have never received the emails. SIGH. I have even asked Disney to make sure my email address is in their system but have still never received anything.
Oh well.

I activated my AP on 2/25 and never got an e-mail about the AP's comming out. Luckily I came by last night and mousesavers and saw the news about the rates comming out.
 
We didn't get one. But we did just activate our AP's last month... BUT I also know they have my email on file... I've read a lot of people with AP's say they never get emails, so I thought it would be nice if I got one, but didn't expect it.
 

What is strange is a have gotten a couple of e-mails from Disney about Dining reservations, but nothing on the AP.

That is the only way I would have known about the AP rate coming out! I better be on the ball when the next set of AP rates come out so I can snag one.

That is the case for me as well, but I was able to get the rate thanks to my other board and mousesavers...
 
I got one but it was about 3 hrs after I got off the phine getting the code rate so it didn't help me any. Thank goodness for these boards and mousesavers.
 
I've had an AP since last May and have never received an e-mail. I've also never received any e-mail notices actually. I've double-checked all my profiles and even re-entered them with my e-mail address. Still nothing. Haven't recieved a post card Pin either in about 2-3 years.

Doesn't Disney know that I am the planner in the family and I make the reservations for everyone? :earboy2: ;) This cracks me up! Well, at least my mom got an e-mail! (Even though she didn't look at it until I mentioned it to her tonight.) :sunny:
 
I never received an email either. Although to be totally honest I have no idea how to register your email address in the passholder site because once I log in I can't find out where to do it.
 
No email here either, my AP was activated this past November. :confused3

Wonder if it was related at all to if you had an existing ressie or not? I have a current (recently renewed) AP and had an existing ressie, but did not get an e-mail.
 
No email for me either. My AP has been active since last May and I've been there three times. Thank goodness for DU, getting me the AP rate for my coming trip. I see the official WDW site doesn't have the special posted in the AP page either.
 
No email at either my or my DH email address and we are both AP holders. But I did get an email with a PIN for a package deal in April. Now why would I want a package with tickets when I have an AP?? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
 
I was pretty surprised, as I did receive an email today.....but the time says 10:35am. The email states that as a registered passholder I am receiving advance notice of the codes ! Yeah, right...more like 3 hours late. I have never received an email prior to today either. Who knows how their system works!
 
No e-mail pin code. No e-mail about AP codes. Disney VISA card holder since Day 1. Annual Pass activated since December. No special code by my name with CRO either. How do these people get these codes? I'm starting to feel very inferior. . .
 
The only emails I get from them, are the ones wanting to sell me something. :flower:
