Here are my plans, let me know what suggestions you have for me :)
We are a group of 11 (7 adults, 4 kids-6,6,4,2) and we are staying off-site. We will be there for 9 days, with 4 park days. We are not planning on breaking in the afternoons and leaving the parks, last visit the kids fell asleep in the strollers so hoping they do the same this time!
We are planning on doing Day 1-MK, Day 2-AK, Day 3-MK, ay 4-Epcot. This is our first time at Epcot as we skipped it last time so I am really unsure of those plans.

Interested in hearing your thoughts and suggestions!

Thanks so much!

For Epcot, do you only have 2 fast passes planned? Do you not have any interest in Soarin or Frozen Ever After? I see you have your first fast pass planned for 9:30, and personally I would plan to do more rides in the morning before using your first fast pass. We got there at 9 and were able to go on several rides before using our first fast pass. For example, our first FP of the day was Spaceship Earth from 10:55-11:55, and before that we were able to ride Soarin, met Joy and Sadness at the character spot, rode Figment, went to Turtle Talk, and had an early lunch at Sunshine Seasons. Around the time of our first FP, the crowds had really picked up and I was thankful for the fast passes but the rides before that had low waits.

Day 1 of MK, I would do Peter Pan at RD. It gets crazy right away.

MK day 2, again I would personally hold off on fast passes until a bit later but that's just me. I find the lines are usually pretty light for the first couple hours. You also have all of our fast passes overlapping in your plans, and they won't let you do that. You'd have to do one from 9:30-10:30, one from 10:30-11:30, and one from 11:30-12:30. Personally what I would do with your day 2 of MK (and others may disagree with me) but I would get all of Adventure land done in the morning after you meet characters. You can easily wipe out all those rides in the morning with no fast passes. Then schedule your fast passes in Tomorrow Land for the afternoon. There are lots of rides in Tomorrowland where the lines aren't too bad in the afternoon. As long as you had fast passes for speedway, space mountain, and buzz lightyear then the rest of Tomorrow land would have lower waits. But again, I just prefer not to use my fast passes in the morning so that's just me.

I won't comment on AK because it's been a few years since I've been there!

Hope that helps somewhat. :) There are a million different good ways to tour so everyone will have their own ideas of what works for them!

Thank you for the feedback!
I have 3 FP planned for Epcot-TT (9), MS(12:30) and SE(10:30)-I would prefer to do the TT and MS together so we don't have to backtrack. We wanted to do FEA but couldn't get a FP for but going to keep trying as the 2 girls are dying to go on that one. We would like to do Soarin' but don't feel like we can RD either one with our large group very quickly. I have been toying with whether to move the TT to later in the (1:35pm is available) and just do the FW-West first and then go to FW-East and then WS. If we can do that I could go to Soarin' first...

MK Day 1- That SDMT threw my whole FP plan off, but it was the only one we could get so I grabbed it. I'll ask the kids about PP and see if they really want to do it.

MK Day 2-I hadn't thought about swapping the sides out, I'll take a look at doing Adventure land first. That might work better because I was just going to go back to Fantasy Land later in the day with any left over time!

Thanks again....appreciate it!

Do you already have your fast passes booked? Did the system let you overlap? I was under the impression that wouldn't work.

Yes I already have my FPP booked, I don't think I have any that overlap in times unless I placed it wrong int the TP page.

If we are planning on doing Mission Space: Green should I change that FP to something else? I don't think the group will want to do Orange but not sure how the lines are set up...

I've never used touring plans before (but signed up after seeing this thread yesterday) and was wondering how easy they are to use once in the park? Sorry in advance if my question is off topic.

This is the first time I am using TP, I used WDWprep school for our first visit. I like the TP so far...it's nice to try the different options for them to optimize your plan or you can choose to plan it yourself and then it will give you estimated times/waits. The only think I don't like (or haven't figured out to make it work right) is I put minimal walking and it had me criss crossing the park multiple times and with a large group and little ones we didn't want to do that.

I agree with @jvz82 the parks tend not to be too crowded in the morning so I would use the morning to get in rides and use the fast passes for the afternoons especially if you are not intending to leave the park. I remember one time when we went in June or July, which is probably more crowded than May, MK was unbearable once it hit the afternoon it was soooo crowded we just ended up leaving and coming back later in the evening when the crowds thinned.

On your MK day, I'd switch Tea Cups and Peterpan...Doing Peterpan first will save you more time. The tea cups won't be as bad as PP if you do them after Winnie Pooh. Also, doing lunch at Tom Sawyer Island -I'd really try to do Tom Sawyer Island, Thunder Mountain (see if you can switch your FP) and Splash at this time. -You'd really be crisscrossing a lot to do Little Mermaid, then Tom Sawyer Island for lunch and then all the way over to old toontown.

Also, in general I would try to move your first fastpasses to a little later. You could easily use your rope drop ride as a major ride (TT or something) and use a fastpass for something else later. We don't usually schedule any fastpasses before 10:30/11 - in general you can do 1 or 2 main rides at rope drop and then do some non-headliners before lines get too bad. Also, on Epcot does no one have interest in doing Soarin, Living with Land or Frozen? I doubt you'd be able to get a fastpass for Frozen at this point, but you probably still could for Soarin. If you're not going to do Soarin or Living with Land (don't need a fastpass for this), then I don't think I'd even waste the time of going into the pavilion to do Circle of Life.

You probably don't need a fastpass for Mission Space Green, however I'm pretty sure it's a tier 2 ride, so there really isn't anything else you'd need it for...maybe Nemo - we once had a longer ride for that.
