I've touted along with others Skyauction. Well if you are going this week and are arriving the 25-26th, you can get a week at HGVC fot ptobably $200 for the week.

Sheraton's Vistana Resort is also being auctioned off for arrival this weekend, it ends at 3:00. You will probably see some action right before the end of the auction.

Anybody in the Memphis area? Northwest has a special this week for $159 roundtrip from MEM to Tampa.

The point is, book elsewhere and prepare to change last minute as required.

Went in May and at that time without the Auction (through SkyAuction's Ready Set Go option) I paid $299 (taxes and all other included) for a 2 BR at Orange Lake, and was not going to fuss over $50-$100.

If going now I'd book elsewhere (a Suite room required), find the best price and then change if I got lucky.

More people should do that. I'm amazed at those who book blindly with Priceline or are booking 8 months in advance at a $40 hotel and don't use this option.
