Anyone visit an orange grove?

We would also like to visit an orange grove on our drive up from Vero Beach to WDW in August. Unfortunately, it says on their website that the u-pick is closed during the summer. Does anyone know of another place that we could pick oranges in August

I do not think you will be able to they are not in season. Maybe your next time down?

Oh really? I don't know much about oranges. Oh well. Yes, maybe in January when DH and DS are down for the marathon. Thanks for the info!

Actually the very first time I visited WDW back in February of 1976 we stayed at Howard Johnson's Maingate on 192. There was an orange grove right in the back of the motel!! I have no clue, and I doubt if it's still there. I haven't even been on that highway since 1987!
