Anyone utilize the "complimentary Member Experience team" to assist with planning?

I just received the e-mail for my stay in the CC cabins. We have to put our requests in by 9/28 for our stay 12/2. I really hope this works, as we have lots to pack in for our 9 day trip.

Does anyone know if this service is also for the cabins at Cooper Creek villas or just 3 bedroom GVs? I've spent the remaining points on my new resale contract to upgrade the last few days of my January trip from a 2bed at BLT to the cabins

It worked great for us! We just had ADRs to book, but some were complicated split parties, but they filled all our requests.

So they asked for slightly further than 60 days out. We’re doing a split stay so hopefully they can help me get a reservation for Storybook Dining at Artist Point for me during that stay.

OP here back with an update! We got all our requests including: Geo 82, fireworks cruise, behind the seeds. We did have to split our party for T-Rex and LeCellier, but Oga was able to put us all together. We plan to arrive early and see if they can put our splits together. This has been a great thing, especially since I would've had to get up at 4 am to book! I hope this continues!

Thanks for reporting back. How was behind the seeds? My son is asking about this tour, one of our favourite rides is Living with the Land, especially at Christmas when it is all decorated.

I’m not OP, but we’ve been Behind the Seeds at least twice, maybe three times, because it’s so interesting (and different every time). We’ve learned about the tiny (non-stinging!) wasps they use to control pests, growing plants without soil, and the research they do to enhance agriculture. I highly recommend it.

Was offered this service for our upcoming Holiday trip. We are a party of 8 staying in an SSR Grand Villa. 60-day window opens this week. Only two ADRs for all 8 of us: Christmas Eve at Via Napoli & Christmas Day at California Grill. Requested BOMA breakfast for 4; Chef Art Smith for 2. Getting the Cali Grill reservation is the most worrisome…Stay tuned.

No we haven’t used this service. We usually do a GV in the fall/winter trip. We have passed on this service the past few years.
