Anyone utilize the "complimentary Member Experience team" to assist with planning?

I just received the e-mail for my stay in the CC cabins. We have to put our requests in by 9/28 for our stay 12/2. I really hope this works, as we have lots to pack in for our 9 day trip.
Does anyone know if this service is also for the cabins at Cooper Creek villas or just 3 bedroom GVs? I've spent the remaining points on my new resale contract to upgrade the last few days of my January trip from a 2bed at BLT to the cabins

So they asked for slightly further than 60 days out. We’re doing a split stay so hopefully they can help me get a reservation for Storybook Dining at Artist Point for me during that stay.
