Anyone used the special requests page lately?

I keep trying but both the app and website won’t let me see the special request section, it’s always being worked on. Any ideas why?

It hasn't been working on app or website for over a week. I finally broke down & called for transfers, dietary need, dining request & to order in-cabin gifts. Disney tech keeps getting worse...

I just want to be able to use special accommodations to list no arms on chairs. I can access everything but that doesn't seem to be an option any longer.
