Anyone Used Lowestfare.com for a Car

Has anyone used Lowestfare.com for a rental car? Priceline denied the price I put in and suggested I use them?

PL owns lowestfare.com AFAIK they aren't much different than using other internet sites like expedia, travelocity or www.travelnow.com
