Anyone used Holiday Villas in Kissimmee

Hi. We're traveling to DW in two weeks. My father in law booked rooms at the Holiday Villas on Vineland Road in Kissimmee. I've seen some mixed reviews.

Has anyone stayed there? Any advice on staying there? How was it?

Looks very nice, though.

You're close to the Parks if you jump on the Osceola Parkway - $0.75 toll, and zippity quick, you're there.

We did once. They were OK nothing fancy and clean but that was back in 2000. We have always rented the same home at Windsor Palms since...

We stayed at one of their properties on Poincianna. It was clean and well maintained. We later found VRBO and were able to find condos, townhomes and pool homes for better rates.
