anyone used disneyvacationguide .com?

I'm having trouble booking what I want with the BAT code and disneyvacationguide .com seems to have the room i want at the BAT price.....has anyone used this travel agency?

It's hard to "jump into" a site that I am unfamiliar with.

I also have a quote request through dreams unlimited who is a sponcer of this site. Thanks -- Steve
