Anyone use TRCS for closing?

If there is anyone who used TRCS for closing that could help please, I am really struggling to send them the money. all the details I have seem to check with the info I 've been given and if possible I'd like to check with you the details you sent to?
Otherwise no idea what to do! Any help would be appreciated.

I would check with the broker you are using for help. We just had a file close with TRCS on 12/17/18 and no issues with the transaction. Your broker should be able to assist. If your transaction is with us please let us know.
