Anyone use Timeshare Transfer vs. Timeshare Closing?

I want to sell my DVC and do not know who to use. Timeshare Transfer seems to be less money ar $250 over Timeshare Closing which seems to average $450 to 550 depending on the number of pts. Does Timeshare transfer just do the same thing for less money? Is there any reason Timeshare Closing should be used over Timeshare Transfer?

Just from a quick glance, it looks like Timeshare Transfer doesn't include the Title Insurance and Estoppel letter, so those would be extra *unless you had them quote that in the $250 you listed*. I'd double-check all the fees that would be necessary because 250 seems really low. 400-500 is what I've been told for the norm on closing costs, and then the 200 transfer fee to disney.

I just used Timeshare Title and More for my purchase of BWV points by owner. That title company is used by one of the big DVC sellers. They did a great job with our crazy sale and were very accomodating.
