You aren't talking about ACE Luxury are you? If so, BEWARE!! We used them just last month for our cruise and on the return, they didn't show up!! We kept calling and they claimed they would be there in 5-10 minutes, but they weren't, over and over again. One family in our group had to take a VERY expensive cab to the airport so they wouldn't miss their flight. Everyone else got on a shuttle bus an HOUR after they were supposed to be there.
The owner had only "I am human" to say and refused any compensation. Keep in mind we PAID IN ADVANCE on the way to the cruise!
HORRIBLE company!!!!
