How well did it fit in the room? Where were you able to put it? Does WDW provide bedding for the pack n play or should we bring our own sheets and blankets?
We used the pack and play at ASMovies for my then 6 month old son. It fits fine in the room - right between the bureau/tv and the bathroom area (where the door would be in connecting rooms). They provide sheets, but you'll need a blanket.
When we stayed at the YC we had a nice metal crib--came with sheets and all. When we became DVC members and stayed at OKW we had a pak n play in our room. We had room in both for the cribs/pak n play. Pak n play didnt come with sheets and the mattress is pretty thin . Since we were at OKW I took the 2 cushins off the loveseat and put themon the bottom of the pak n play so it was way more comfy for our 18 month old.
We stayed at the ASMu and the pac-n-play came with mickey sheets! My DS2 loved it! I did bring the pad that I use for him at home and his favorite blanket. We also put it under the window so that if I needed to move him next to our bed we could.
Just be sure the sheets you use aren't ordinary bed sheets folded up. I'm taking a sheet that fits the pack and play for us when we visit in February, although we are off site. I watched a program on 20/20, I think, about cribs and play pens at hotels. Many just use regular sheets and these can get twisted around when your little one is sleeping and there is a risk of strangulation. I figured one little fitted sheet won't take up much room in my luggage so I'm throwing it in just in case !
