Anyone use Magic Jack?

Our neighbor has it. They seem to like it but there is an obnoxious delay when talking to them. It makes holding a conversation difficult and several times I have nearly hung up on her because the delay means that she doesn't say Hi right away when I answer and I think it is a telemarketer.

We have it. Haven't had a delay problem. We use it as a second phone line, for our long distance calls. We've even used it for calling to France. Had a problem getting it to load up a while ago, but seem to have gotten it taken care of with help from customer service quickly (DH dealt with it). I can say I'd recommend it. We don't keep our computer on all the time, so have not used it for incoming calls.
