We ususally do a quick grocery stop, but has anyone used GardenGrocer.com? I used NetGrocer.com several years ago and it was pretty good. Couldn't get any fresh or perishables from NetGrocer but it cut down on what we bought at the grocery store and got us to the resort faster. Curious if GardenGrocer. com is any good. Any input would be great! Thanks!

We used them in January and again in April. No problems either time. The order was perfect and I liked being able to select brands. I would recommend them.

Only positive feedback from us! We loved that you could pick the brands and that everything we received was perfect! We highly recommend Brian and his team and will definitely use their services again! :thumbsup2

We used them in May; got all brand items as ordered (even the Cooks champagne) :woohoo:

Glad to hear from several satisfied customers. I think we will give GardenGrocer.com a try this time...........now to figure out transportation! Thanks for your help everyone! :thumbsup2

Glad we could help with the grocery decision...what's the transportation that you have to figure out? We fly into Orlando (MCO) and take Disney's Magical Express to the Disney resort. When we wanted to go to Sea World, we called a taxi (Disney can help you with this) and told them that there were 7 of us. The taxi service sent a van and we all rode under the one cost. It was around $20 each way. We never rent a car. :sunny:

We used them last week for the first time.
If you were to do a rating of 1 to 5, on a scale I'd give them a 5.
Everything was amazingly smooth, including adding beer to the order, which isn't on their list of store items. And by the way, if you would like beer, this is the best way to get it. It's $5.something for a 6 pack from gardengrocer but if you decide to get it at Conch Flats ( the general store at the resort) it will cost over $11.00 for a 6 pack!! (They raised the price while we were there!)
Using Gardengrocer was well worth it.
Two thumbs up! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Thanks for all the helpful info. We used to do a grocery stop and net grocer using tiffany town car. I set up my magical express reservations and figure we can get everything we need thru gardengrocer. Also good to know about the beer prices.....sometimes their so high on things like that on site that we skip it! now I just have to get my grocery list together which looks pretty easy to do on gardengrocer.

Any tips on delivery date or anything? Thanks again for all the help!

Another thumbs up for GardenGrocer. I had a several requests which were met with no problem. Won't hesitate to use them again!! :thumbsup2

Hi
i'm really keen to use them for ordering soft drink and breakfast things( am staying in BWV) can i order the grocery to be delivered on arrival day? what happen if they turn up before me? any help would be great
Thanks
Ruth

We used them last week for the first time. Everything was delivered on the day we arrived. The delivery person said if we need anything else later just let them know. We added a few items twice during the week with no additional service charge. If we weren't in the room they delivered to bell services and we just went there to pick up the additional items. I requested a few items that were not on their list and they were able to deliver them too. There were 11 of us (in a one-bedroom and a 2-bedroom condo) and we ate all of our breakfasts, several lunches, and even a few dinners with the groceries we purchased thru Garden Grocer. The lettuce was very fresh as were the fruits and meats. Definitely well worth it, especially when using Magical Express for transportation.

Another thumbs up for Brian and GardenGrocer. We used him last week also. He was delayed in his delivery time, so he called me and told me to go to the park and play, and he'd leave our order with bell services. Turned out he was REALLY delayed, and my dsil was in the room to accept delivery. He helped put everything away, and all the fruit we ordered was great! I'd definitely use them again!

We used Gardengrocer.com earlier this month for the first time and will definitely use them again in December when we go back. They were very prompt with the delivery and everything was perfect. I highly recommend them. :thumbsup2

I've read, in this thread and in another, about gardengrocer delivering beer. How did you do that? I can't find it on their site. :confused3
