Does anyone use emealz? I have been checking out their website and like how they make you a shopping list and meal plan based on a grocery store you pick.

I just signed up yesterday! I haven't made any of the recipes yet, but they seem good. I liked that it had options for 2 person meals; as a single gal, I like having meals that don't make 5-6 servings that I have to eat before it goes bad. :)

I signed up last week for the diet based meal plan using the "DAVE" code at checkout but I'm trying to clear out my pantry & freezer before I start (next week maybe??). I have a friend that uses it and she loves it, says it saves her time & money too. Looking forward to reading others replies! :)

I don't live near a Kroger, Publix, Aldi, etc. so I canceled. I don't live in a dead rural area, so I don't get why none of my local chain stores are included.
If I did live near those stores, I'd probably sign back up. Using the any store option wasn't appealing to me for what I paid.
I'm back to looking at ads and planning out my meals the old fashioned way for free.

I live near a Kroger and Aldi, I would like to see a list for each before I pick
one.

The DAVE code saves $2.50 off a 3-month subscription, making it only $12.50 for 3 months.

I have been peeking at this site today and am seriously considering it. For only $5 a month, to have my meals planned in advance, this may be good for my family.....

eMealz is awesome. They saved us a ton of money and the recipes, at least for the regular meals, are really yummy. Fast, too... and great customer service!

Thank you for starting this topic. I ended up signing up yesterday. I never seem to have time to plan meals for the week, so this will help me out tremendously and keep us out of the same old stuff week after week. Plus with school, dance and baseball starting back up this will be a no brainer for meals :cool1:

Going to go shopping on Sunday, I am excited to see just how much I save versus just shopping blindly for the week :thumbsup2

Thanks Again!!!

What store did you pick? Please let us know how the meals turn out. I want to join, but we will be camping at our county fair for a week so I need to wait until the end of the month.

I ended up picking Walmart - as we have 2 Super Walmarts within 5 miles from us.

Used the Emealz grocery list at Super Walmart today for week of August 11 - 17 for family of 4.

I was pleasantly surprised that considering I am in NVA and it is pretty expensive in this area - the price quoted on the grocery list compared to my actual prices was only off by about $5.00 and we even purchased chicken breasts instead of split breasts. Our produce was a little more than what was quoted on the price list, but very happy about the overall cost of 7 home cooked meals.

Can't wait to try out the 1st meal tonight :woohoo:

Anyone else have any experiences with their lists and or pricing? How does your family like the meals?

Thanks!
