I just bought 150 points at AKV (so excited), and did DVC financing. From my telephone call with DVC, I have until early April to pay it off without triggering any interest on the financing.
I am very tempted to pay it off with a 0% credit card. My question is, if I apply for a Disney Rewards Visa card with 6 months 0% interest, can I use it to pay it off and earn points towards some kind of reward?
I have some other reward cards that I am considering using, but these will require me to start paying interest to them after the grace period:
1) Starwood AMEX, which I can earn points toward hotel stay
2) Chase Perfect Card, which earns 1% cash back (immediate cash back, no redeeming required)
3) Southwest Rapid Rewards Car, which earn points toward free flight
I know that I could very well apply for some other 0% card out there, and do the same thing with some other 0% credit card offer. I know that I have the means to pay it off over one year. I just don't want pay interest to anyone. Can anyone shed light on what card gives you the best value? Any advice out there?
