Bumping! I just got on the minerals makeup bandwagon, only someone in another thread turned me onto
Everyday Minerals brand makeup instead. You can order a free sample kit of your own customized colors (pay only $3.65 in shipping.) I'm waiting for mine to arrive.

They are so much cheaper the BE, and got better overall reviews at the
http://www.makeupalley.com website, even though less people have reviewed it.
There's the link to the other DIS thread here about it:
Have any of you ladies tried "Everyday Minerals" makeup
I would like to try the Bear Minerals items but I'm allergic to a couple of ingredients that a lot of makeups have in them. I tried looking on their website for an ingredients list but couldn't find it. Could someone look at their mascara and other items and let me know if any ingredients that end in paraben are listed? Some examples are: methylparaben, ethelparaben and propylparaben. Thanks so much!
CindyBeth, Everyday Minerals says it only has 4 all natural ingredients:
Mica, Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide, Zinc Oxide

Has anyone tried the ELF brushes with their BE?
I have a bunch of the E.L.F. brushes I got from the dollar store. They have one kabuki style brush. Some people reviewed it as being scratchy. Having never bought a $20 brush before, I don't know. It works for my purposes of applying and buffing regular powder makeups. They wash well without losing hairs.
I'll let you know how it works with the minerals makeup - although, again, I have nothing to compare it to as I've never even tried minerals makeup before.
I think I'm going to stop into Sephora for a BE demo.
