Ive used ours twice at WDW (the latest was last week). we drive so dealing with it on the plane wasnt an issue (you might think twice though).
The first time we stayed at the CR and being on the monorail was wonderful. However, when it came time to deal with the buses-what a pain! Thankfully I had my dad to deal with my then 4 yr old son and 15 old daughter. I dealt with the stroller. First, it is heavy (25 lbs not loaded). Secondly, it can be folded with some stuff in the basket, but watch that it doesnt fall out. Thirdly, and my biggest complaint, the wheels lock so instead of pulling it along, you have to pick it up.
Getting around the parks: going up hills and ramps is not fun with two kids in it, so I made my son get out. Stopping quickly and getting going again when people jump in front of you can be tricky too. Leave too much space and its an invitation to jump in. Follow too close and you might hit someone. Little ones in the front seat need to be strapped in as my daughter wiggled down all the time and slid out. My son loved jumping on and off the thing and on this last trip, sticking his foot on the brakes, locking them on purpose. Drove me nuts! He also liked being able to stand up a bit higher to see parades, etc. I like that the back seat slides to cover up the basket, and the small mesh pockets on the back of the front seat to hold drinks, though it does hit the person riding in the back.
Both kids were able to fall asleep in the stroller, but it didnt look to comfy. Watching my kids sleep in the oddest positions cramps my neck! I dont know how they do it. My son would snap the safety strap on the back, then rest his arms on it and his head on his arms. My daughter is tall and when she slept, her legs dangled to the sides and dragged on the wheels (something you might want to test out ahead of time). The little foot rest is worthless for her now.
I did rig up an extra mesh sack to the side of it to carry ponchos and a double stroller rain cover (the generic one at Babies R Us worked well). You can also add cup holders to the hand rail for adults, but I dont know if theyd have to come off before folding it.
This last trip, we drove our car to parks except MK (we stayed at Ft Wilderness) and it was soooo much nicer than dealing with the bus. I think we will drive from now on (as long as we have the
AAA diamond parking pass too).
Another popular one is a Sit and Stand. One Step Ahead just brought out a double version (two regular seats, plus a platform to stand on. When the child is older, the back seat converts like a regular Sit and Stand (or Joovy). The regular Sit and Stand is $150 and the double is $180. I believe Target and Babies R Us carries the regular Sit and Stand and BRU carries the Joovy in red if you want to test it out.
