Anyone use a Disney Gift Card for Tickets

My parents bought us a gift card from the Disney Store..but I am not sure we can use it for tickets. I see it can be used for packages...but anyone out there have feedback?

I have not - my guess is that if you bought them online through disney or at the disney store they would definitely do it - not sure about the gates.

If it says "Disney Gift Card" on the front, you can use it for tickets at the gate, in advance by phone or at the Disney Store. If it says "Disney Store Gift Card" you can only use it at Disney Store.

.. but if it is from Disney Store, you can buy tickets there! Not sure if they have them at the cheaper price, though.
