We have a bunch of consumable items to take with us (diapers, wipes, formula, baby food, etc) that won't be coming home. Ideally, I would like to check them with the Magical Express in a cardboard box that we can leave in Disney.

I checked with Southwest and they said that would be fine with them. Is this also OK with the Magical Express people? Anyone done this?

We don't own any type of bag that can be folded up into a suitcase so that's not really an option. We'll be traveling with 3 kids (2 of which are infants) and are really trying to minimize the amount of "stuff" we'll be transporting.

Thanks.

Sure. The first year there were fridge swaps, I was in a small one (four participants). The originator bought a cube refrigerator at home at a discount store. It was lighter than Southwest's maximum weight, and its H + W + D was less than their maximum measurement. She flew it down as checked luggage, and Magical Express transported it to Pop Century!

Bottom line, Disney's Magical Express will handle ANYTHING that you checked with your airline. No restrictions, no extra charges.
