Posts like this are the absolute worst. The people who say, "I don't do it the way you do it, and never have...but that doesn't mean I don't know more than you do about how it will affect your trip."
You have no idea if I "will be fine" and your condescending attitude is obnoxious. Having to choose between disappointing my children - by telling them we can't ride the things they want to ride - or putting my disabled husband in constant pain - by making him criss cross the park repeatedly to make our expiring FP windows - is an actual problem for us. I'm so happy to hear it isn't one for you.
I'm sorry you chose to read my post that way. I was posting in regard to the poster who had asked how savvy DIS'ers could not have known about the past policy. I was also trying to sympathize with those of you who are up in arms over the change. If something happened with Disney policy that would cause me to have to do a major overhaul of how I tour, I'd be upset/disappointed/angry etc too. I was only trying to offer the glimmer of hope to you (the general you) that it is still possible to have a great, stress free trip under the new guidelines. It has been suggested to me right here on the DIS that because I wasn't using FP after the window that I wasn't maximizing my fun and couldn't possibly have been having the bestest vacation ever or at least not as awesome as those who were using FP late (not by you, but by others on other threads).
Sorry you took it otherwise.
