Anyone that has had a late arrival get their room requests?

During our split stay 2 weeks ago..

BCV - check in 2 pm - got all 3 requests .. Wonderful room!

VGF - check in at 8pm - got none of our requests.. Beautiful room, but disappointing location

Village Green is pool/garden. That's why the partial Boardwalk view is such a bonus!

There are rooms on the village green closest to the Boardwalk that have a Boardwalk View category.

IMO they should not be a Boardwalk View Category.

We normally arrive between 11pm and 1 am and have normally always got our request. I keep waiting for the day for our luck to turn!

This is pretty much our experience. The only time we didn't get our requests, we arrived around noon.

To be honest though, I'm in WDW, as long as I don't have to climb a bunch of steps to get to my room, I'm a happy camper.
