I thought last night's episode was...interesting. I'm so sad for Kimber though. I can't wait for the season finale. I believe it's supposed to be sometime in December and they should be unveiling the Carver.

Can you tell me what's going on?

I've only watched a couple of episodes and I really like the show, but I'm not sure of all the dynamics between the surgeons and women.

What happened with Kimber? I missed that episode.
Why is her ex-fiance being so awful to that S&M woman?
Is that one doctor really gay? Has he behaved like that before? I've picked up that he's a "bad boy," but was that out of character for him?

I wish I could see this show from the beginning to understand more! It's so interesting.

Last week at Kimber and Christian's wedding, Sean comes into the church and tells Christian that she's not there. She left a note written in lipstick on the mirror "sorry, I just can't". This week he receives a letter from her saying that they both need to move on, don't come looking for her, she doesn't want to see him anymore. We find that she's writing this letter under duress. She was kidnapped by the Carver and her face had been slashed.
Christian was angry about this so I take it that why he treated that one patient as he did. Plus, he's not really what you call balanced to begin with.

The other doctor is either gay or bi. That came out a bit before. He has never behaved that way before with a patient. But, we also learned last week that he has a cocaine problem. So that could be part of it.

You really should try watching it from the beginning. The first season is awesome! The second season lost me about halfway through because it just got to weird. But, they hooked me again with the Carver storyline. That's actually been going on for a long time. They revisit it every now and then.

My eyes were bulging out of my head last night! And nothing shocks me. I couldn't believe how Christian treated that girl.
I hope they are going to reveal the Carver. I can't take it anymore.
Do you think he 'attacked' Kimber after she handed him/her the letter, or do you thing he killed her?

Oh, and I missed the two weeks previous since I was at WDW.

The show last night made me sick in my stomach. I really shouldn't watch it before bed.I can handle the kinky stuff and the surgery,but humiliating that girl was awful. And hello,Matt!? His parents just sort of dance around his obvious mental problems! After last week DH and I both guessed the carver had Kimber.I wish they would reveal who it is,it's driving me crazy!

I haven't seen this episode yet. (Please be careful with untagged spoilers. ) I've been finding Nip/Tuck getting pretty repetitive. I suppose I'm still watching because the Tivo keeps recording it, and it's not actually bad or anything like that.

I tivo'd last night's episode and will probably watch it tonight. I just had a feeling last week that the CARVER was involved. I actually thought she'd come down the aisle toward Christian, in a daze with her face slashed. So in reading the previous posts, I'm not surprised to find that the CARVER has her. I really do like Kimber and I know that she really loves Christian.

I didn't start watching until half way through the first season, at which time I couldn't WAIT to buy the first season on DVD. I've watched Season 2 and 3 religiously. I'd love hearing theories as to who you think the CARVER really is. Is it someone we already know and "love" or is it a total stranger?

He's just creepy, and I think either he's the guy, or knows who is. I'm sick of Matt - he's always angry and brooding. I'd done with it already, and he's just weird looking to boot.

thank you! dh and i are in complete disagreement about who the carver is. i am convinced it is quentin (i believed it several times over the season, but then when the situation came up with kimber-he and matt were the only ones not at the wedding so it just reinforced my opinion).

i think the show is getting a bit too twisted and dark for my taste (last nites episode just grossed me out). matt just keeps getting worse and worse (will he ever become accountable for anything he does?), and i could have lived without the entire anne heche story line.

The carver didn't take Kimber at the wedding. Did he? Gina had tons of hostility towards Gina.

I don't think it has to be a man. The victims didn't necessarily see the person attacking them. They (well at least Christian was) were paralyzed and Christian was lying on his stomach. And I don't think it's Quentin, although his personality fits. He was living in Atlanta way before the attacks started. He was only called down after Sean was attacked. It is supposed to be someone we know.

I thought it might be Julia. Would explain what happened to Christian that didn't happen to Sean. Her daughter was living with Sean when he was attacked in his home. She didn't freak out at all about that. Also, she didn't seem to bat an eye when the girl from Matt's school was attacked. Wouldn't she be more concerned about her children.

Although, she was at the wedding. So, it may not be her. Now, I'm leaning towards Matt. But, that's almost too easy because we already know how screwed up he is.

But I don't think it was Sean, I think it was the CARVER. I think he forced her (or did it himself) to write the message on the mirror. If she was planning to walk out on the wedding, why would she have answered that she was "ready" when she heard the knock on the door.

Then the door starts opening very slowly. I immediately thought it was the Carver. Then they cut to the church (and did anyone think it was strange that a porn star and a philandering surgeon were getting married in such an ornate Catholic church?) and Sean walking down the aisle towards Christian. They go back to the room together and she wrote in lipstick on the mirror "I'm sorry, I can't."

It doesn't really say that the Carver did take her from the church. It may come out later that may be the case, but not right now it is only implied.

If Kimber was kidnapped from the church, it could be Matt or Liz.
If not from the church, it still could be all of the above stated.

Other way off candidates could be that Nazi girl Arielle's dad. Didnt he say something in the kitchen about a campaign or getting out the message?

She said to Sean "Come in Sean" and then the camera cuts to Sean running down the aisle to tell Julian that Kimber isn't there.

We are led to believe that the Carver was there in church but it isn't explicitly said.

We can tell if we can tell if Kimber was wearing her wedding dress in that basement place the Carver took her too. I saw she was wearing a dress but couldn't tell if it was just a normal dress (well normal for Kimber anyway) or her actual wedding dress.
