OK - here is my response from
amazon. I will give them credit for being quick in responding to e-mails.

I'm still not sure this is exactly correct because I only have a little over $4.00 in my account & I know others have gotten at least up to $5.00 & I have answered all the questions correctly. Oh well, I'll keep checking & maybe I'll get some new ones soon
