I am just back from POFQ. If you have any questions I can try to answer them.

Both resorts are beautiful and you are going to have a great time! Bus service is shared between both resorts, with POR being picked up 2nd. MK buses are not shared. The resorts didn't seem any more crowded than usual for summer season. Buses were mostly croweded going home from the parks. But who cares, you will be in Disney!!

We just got back from POR yesterday. We were told that the resort was full but it seemed fine to me. However we stayed at the small pool so I don't know how crowed the main pool was. We didn't request a building and we got building 15 which was great so no complaints from us!
