Anyone stayed on Indian Creek this year ?

I'm desperate to find first hand reports of any construction work from the Western Beltway affecting the area. I'm getting conflicting information from various sources and would like an eye witness account please

We stayed on Indian Creek at Easter. We were some way from the construction work (our villa was located before the bridge in the middle of the estate) and it wasn't until half way through our holiday that we realised there actually was any construction work going on.

We stayed there in March - there was construction work going on which was visible from the bridge where you enter the development.

We were nowhere near any building work, think we stayed on 'Oneida Loop' - it really depends on where the villa is located.

Cannot see it being a problem at all unless the villa backs onto the construction site which given the size of IC must be unlikely.

Do you you have a particular address or street name in mind? May be able to help further if you know this.

where the pink splodge is - can't get any nearer

I guess the one with the orange splodge would be affected by the constuction works yes, it is right on the edge of the development close to the
building works ( a road presumably?) , the pink splodge would be unaffected.

The green road is under construction through the centre of the development so th epink one is the one affected

We own on Indian Creek and have just come back, we never noticed any of the contruction work on IC. Our villa is located not far from the entrance.
