anyone stay in weston hills? eagle mangement

Hi we are booking a villa through eagle management its called jaysvilla a couple actually owns it i guess but we have never been to orlando let alone rent a villa and we are both nervous as can be. Im worried i will lose my deposit or my whole thing or we will get there and there wont be a villa.
