We will be staying there for the first time in March, I was wondering if I could get some opinions on it?

we'll be trying Pop Century (before our WL & BCV stays) this Aug

why dont you go over to the resorts board? there are a few Pop Century threads over there

We've stayed at Pop Century twice now, and we love it!!! Last summer, we stayed in the 60s bldg (w/Mowgli & Baloo), on the 3rd floor - our room overlooked the kiddy pool. We never had a problem with noise!!!

This past Dec, we stayed in the 50s bldg (w/Tramp) and again, we loved it!! Never had a problem with noise either - and one night, we were able to see a great fireworks show!!!

Bus service was great - and the food court is pretty good for a quick bite.

We're finalizing our plans for this summer, and we'll probably be back at Pop Century!! Enjoy your stay!

I love Pop and have stayed in Lady and Tramp Buildings. I have no kids and I love stasying at POP.

Love it! We were there last March and other than some nasty parking problems we really enjoyed our stay!

I agree that parking can get rough, but I think it the best resort for the value!! I am getting married in Dec. and I am having everyone stay there because it will fit into everyone's budget and it is really nice!

Just got back today! We really liked POP. It was a great value for the money. The rooms are a little small, but it was fine for us (DH, DD 14 months, and myself). The pools looked really cool! It was little chilly for us to venture into them. We were in the 80's bldg w/ the Rubix cubes. We didn't have any parking probs. The food court was really nice. It is centrally located and has lots of options, something for everyone. The transportation was also really effcient. The only time we had to really wait for a bus, was at MK after the fireworks, but then everyone else was leaving at the same time! Enjoy!!

I stayed at POP twice in August and then again in Oct-Nov. I really like it . I have stayed in many different Disney resorts adn though it doesnt have the luxary of a deluxe it is a great value for the money. I have 2 little ones who loved it .

We've stayed at moderates and deluxes, but my kids prefer Pop Century!

Stayed @ Pop in Oct and will again in April. We have stayed in all the value resorts and this is the best. The bus service is quicker as they don't share with the other values. Very good deal for the price.

Hi,
Just got back on Sunday from POP ! I was in the 70's Big Wheel building on the 3rd floor. I stayed with 2 gf's this trip. We thought it was a great value resort. I was lucky enough to get the BDF discount and only paid $55/night. We liked it enough that I went to book it for August when I come down with the kids but it's closer to $110/night. Maybe some discounts will "pop" up ?! :flower: It's just tough to have to book it for double the amount I just paid ;)
We liked the gift shop and the food court. It was pretty crowded for breakfast but one of the CM's told me that POP was at full capacity---something I didn't expect for Feb 10-13, being that it was prior to President's Week. I encourage you to ask for Express checkout because we noticed long lines at the Front Desk in the mornings---Express checkout will help you to avoid this. As for parking, we really didn't notice any problems. We parked in the 70's lot and took the walkway around the Hourglass lake.
You'll probably get more responses from the Resort board.

DS liked playing around Pop. The only problem was when he became tired, guess who got to carry him back to the room on the other side of the resort. Although he did go to sleep on the trip back but then he gained an additional 50 pounds or so. :)
