Anyone stay at Holiday Inn near Disney Springs? Transportation?

I hate that we're staying off-site but the room is free for us. Anyone have any experience with their transportation to the parks? Specifically I'm interested in getting to the parks for rope drop.

Trying to weigh my options between free transportation or doing Lyft/Uber. It will be just myself and my two girls.

I'm wondering the same! We are staying at Hilton Buena Vista Palace; I know they have a bus, but I don't trust it to get us to rope drop early enough. I'm planning to Uber/Lyft and hoping for the best. I hope you get some replies.
