Anyone shipped water lately?

Our first 3 trips to Disney we shipped water from Costco. We haven't been since 2010, and I know around that time the rumors of charging for delivery were floating around.

We'll be staying at the Pop Century if it matters. Has anyone shipped water lately? I'm thinking of shipping a box of snacks down too.

We did last year no problem. Most people are surprised or confused when we pick up our package or water. My understanding is that water charges are only for resorts with convention centers since they handle package shipments.

Whats the rules now for shipping water to Swan/Dolphin? Do they allow packages from Costco to come in there for me to pick up? I am headed there in December.
